So I suppose it won't hurt to get your hands on those two a bit earlier and... flip through them a bit.The recommended text is the third edition of Balkin and Davis Law of Torts in Australia published by Butterworths.
The prescribed casebook is Swanton Cases on Torts 3 rd edition but it is
probably easier to read a textbook first than tackle cases on your own.
