There aren't any sample answers. And I also tried searching it online and I don't know if it's just me but I can't find any solutions... Please help.

Go to the NESA website.
There is an exam archive with the examination packs for all the past papers.

No, I know that there's a website for the past HSC papers. But there aren't any sample answers to the papers from 2001 to 2007; they only have the marking criteria and that's it.
