you can pay on the web 
that's how i did mine (*sigh* i'm so tech and cool) or at post office or "in person at the university cashiers"
go to the bill (it's in the online services thingy) and it says "Pay online" or there's a link underneath that says "pay be other method" (or something to that description!)
