I saw quite a few people get rejected cuz they didn't accept their identification:(
that's very slack..

imagine how crushed you would be.

but then again I guess they did make it clear about them enforcing this harshly.

and those people who didn't provide the right identification, TOO BAD. They should have read the UMAT booklet clearly, or at least open the umat booklet

i saw someone from my school who almost got rejected. but in the end she was allowed to do the test.
there were quite a few ppl outside the entrance doors calling their parents (i assume its their parents)
i agree, it was slack

unis do it... why shouldnt an uni entrance exam?

People who didnt have adequete Identification had to give it in a separate room. It was tiny with a refrigerator buzzing continuously in the background. That was their punishment:D.

My friend had to do that...

they did actually have to stay in a sep room (they had until a certain time to get their ID's in). But im not sure about the fridge constant noise thing.

I think they mean sitting the exam in that seperate room... but it could also be read as giving favours.

What was that directed at?

Someone I know had to give their UMAT in a separate room because of some identification problems... About the buzzing of the refrigerator - I am a secondary source.

Lexi - how is it a favour?

Thanks for that, sorted out.

Well it's a favour as technically they shouldn't be allowed to sit the test at all because they didn't bring ID but they're letting the parents bring some in etc.

my friend had a stupid photo for her 8am test

she returned with different ID and did the 2pm one
