Everyone,
Always looking for something new to listen to. Any suggestions?

1. Who is your fav indie band?
2. Where can you get their music?
3. What is your fav indie band's website?

Cheers!

Belle And Sebastian (got their new CD at HMV)

Rilo Kiley

The Reindeer Sectioni

Neutral Milk Hotel

Xiu Xiu

Arab Strab

Snow Patrol

The Olivia Tremor Control

It's generally hard to get the CDs. I usually go to Ten Seconds Down in Chatswood. But it's still hard to find.

where do you guys get your music?

Can't find most bands anywhere. Maybe I'm looking at the wrong place?

I really want Rilo Kiley CD.

some stores in the city have awesome music - there's this one near the cinemas on george street, its kind of underground (like literally below street level) that has great music. failing that, just ask the people at sanity or whatever to order them in for you .. or get them off amazon.com which is usually cheaper even with shipping. damn americans paying $13 for cds.

that's the one. i don't think red eye records is as good though .. it has a lot more eclectic stuff, if you're looking for more recent things then utopia is probably better.
