Why is umat section 3 pick the middle so hard? (1 Viewer)

For all the practice papers ive done on medentry, even after doing all of the drills,, i have no idea on what to do when it comes to pick the middle questions, I'm absolutely s tuck and hopeless.

so i was wondering in the actual exam, about what proportion of section 3 is on pick the middle, because the practice papers i've done on medentry have quite alot of questions on this.

and any tips on how to solve them would be veryveryvery nice.. and appreciated
