do you guys think its ok if i leave quotes out of my word count for my critical response? ive quoted heaps to back up my work, and it uses up a LOT of words... words i badly need

the only way you can be sure is to check the guidelines. Im pretty sure it includes quotes, the only way you can get around it is to include them in the footnotes
