argh, i had this problem for a few months

some pop up happens to display everytime i load a document.

can anyone help me ?

Try enabling them under "Tools > Macros > Security".

your a legend... i put it on low now, but does that make me potentially vunerable for macro viruses?

Yes it does. Just don't go randomly opening word files.

or install a virus scanner, then it is safe to put on low
