isnt maternity so many weeks paid leave n paternity is unpaid unless otherwise specified in an award or agreement they should b under a NSW act but im not sure about every buisness following it the same way..im pretty sure its something like that we havnt finished this topic but we have an assessment due on workplace entitlements both during pregnancy and after childbirth.. so if you find out anything about that could u let me know...
