What kind of document would I need to prove that I went for work experience at a medical clinic?

What you did on work experience and if u were good? If you went to a place that regular holds work experience they would know. If not, just ask for what you want in the letter. IE is this for applying for a job? Then talk about the skills you developed during the experience etc.
