does anyone know any websites etc where i can find information on some of the NSW acts for options and entitlements during pregnacy and after childbirth in the workplace...

Act: Sex Discrimination Amendment (Pregnancy and Work) Act 2003
The Act prohibits:
discrimination against women who are breastfeeding;
employers or recruiters asking questions regarding pregnancy or potential pregnancy during recruitment processes; and
employers requesting medical information from pregnant women for inappropriate purposes. For example, it is acceptable to ask such questions for genuine occupational health and safety reasons, however this has to be done in a non-discriminatory manner.
