Yes that is correct, off an on since the release of the much heralded World of Warcraft expansion, The Burning Crusade not only has individual realms being completely crashing[including australian pvp servers blackrock and frostmourne] but the world server, the server which controls all 70 odd US realms through which millions of players enjoy the game, has been crashing.

The outlands, and the outlands starting area[ recently dubbed lagfire peninsula] has seen heavy traffic recently as every player and his pet above 58+ have migrated there. This problem, which was common in the starting days of the game is known as zone overload, where too many people are in one area the server crashes and dissconects everyone.

BLIZZARD! you were not prepared!

And I thought they learnt their lesson when they first launched WoW.
