ok i went 2 office works 2day and installed mcAfee and i decided 2 download Craagle (some lil program that finds crack/codes etc for your expired software) and well its basically some spyware as it is but i dont know and afterwards my i.e wont connect, media player opens with a blank screen, oh and msn messenger goes blank and only reaplayer and firefox works....any help

You can try using System Restore

or Norton GoBack if you have Norton Systemworks already installed

It seems as though you have a serious spyware infestation. Firstly, uninstall that Craggle thing, delete the installer, and never ever ever mention it here again. Then follow this guide to getting rid of spyware (scroll down a little to the appropriate answer).

yes i did all that....and it wont get off my damn comp, spyware removal, virus scan...

Try pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open windows task manager.
Choose Processes tab (although it may appear also in Applications)
Look for the program name... craagle, select it click End Process
Then try uninstalling it

only reaplayer and firefox works....

Aah good olde firefoxe.
