Hi all, i have started making summary notes for each of Yeats poems these holidays but im not sure on how many quotes we should know from each poem? Because we have to know each poem in detail how many quotes should you ideally know for each poem? I started off planning for 4 quotes a poem but theres no way im gonna be able to remember 24 different quotes for one Module exam...

/b/ invades boredofstudies? AWESOME

As for remembering quotes... why not just memorise the poems entirely? It's not as if they're epic. And then you won't read the question and think "I knew I should have remembered that other quote, the ones I have don't answer this at all!" (from experience)

Writing out all six should only take half an hour max, and copying something out is better for remembering than just reading.

yeah for Yeats I'm gonna try to memorise parts of each of the poems at least. And pray they don't ask us to specifcally use When You Are Old or Byzantium. The other 4 I should be ok with
