man i'm probably going to post a million questions in this thread but
If sec theta(that circle with the thing in the middle symbol) - tan theta = 2, find (I) sec theta + tan theta
I just can't seem to understand how to get it

Sec@ - tan@ = 2
1/cos@ - tan@ = 2
1/cos@ - sin@/cos@ = 2
(1-sin)/cos@ = 2
1-sin@ = 2cos@
1 = 2cos@ + sin@

Now,

sec@ + tan@ =
= (1+sin(@))/cos@
= (2cos@ + 2sin@)/cos@
= 2 + 2tan@
