Its a matter of taste in my opinion , personally I like it better if a girl doesnt have braces , but even if she does it doesnt bother me that much.

Not sure about the whole girl perspective on this , but Im form the generation `89 and I have dated everything from `91 to `86. I mean whoever is mature enough to be in a relationship is ok in some +3 -3 year ranage , in my case anyway.

Of course u can be friends. I have this girl living next door to me which I have know for 8 years now and we are like best friends. I have took her to the junior prom and everything. From my point of view she's cute and all but I just dont look at her in that way.
