yeah she has shit strength and unless you have godly speed to get off a quick silence, you're uber fucked in about 1 second flat.

better carries outt there like nevermore. similar damage output but greater survivability and a useful nuke in team battle.

any suggestions for what items i should start off with for drow ranger?

@uborat - IH = inhouses, clan wars etc. fair enough
@aznmichael - depends on mode and money (say if you had 603 gold due to -sd mode) i'd go 4 branches 2 tangoes and a slipper.

lvl 1 silence, frost, frost, stats, frost, stats, ult etc. etc. - getting trueshot aura pre lvl 10 is useless. you're better off with stats.

i play on garena, and BA.

used dota to ween myself of WoW, been playing for like 9 months now.

trax: learn to orb walk (with forst arrows. great for harrassing early game)
skills in this order:
frost, aura, aura, silence, ulti. max aura and then frost, silence next.

Or if there is a hero on the other team that is dominating early (particularly tinker or nerubian weaver) max silnce early. a 6 sec silence stops weaver from using her time ulti.

as for items, at the start u want:
2x circlets, and either slippers or str gauntlets
and 2x tangos (ie 190 gold of tangos)

if you didnt random; just 1x circ, 1x slippers and tangos x3
