Criminal Case Help (1 Viewer)

I have a task to "describe the criminal processes of an Australian indictable offence". I have chosen Bilal Skaf, but i cannot answer the following questions:

* Did bilal use legal aid throughout his trials?
* What defences did Bilal use?, i know he had a dissproved alibi
* His exact number of charged, I read 21 charges but i cannot account for all of them
* And the number of appeals he has undertaken, i have already found quite a number of them, but i want to make sure i havent left anyout.

Any help would be much appreciated!

bilal skaf didnt use legal aid, his lawyer guy sat next to my mum on a plane, ill call her and ill get back to this thread k?

Thanks! I was under the impression his laywer was public defender Anthony Cook, but i shall look into this Waterhouse character
