Not sure if this has been asked yet, but
is it possible that the HSC will have a question in it about the global financial crisis even though its not in the syllabus?

I'm not too sure, but I don't think so. We're doing business studies - not economics. However you never know, because the state of the economy affects things such as external sources to change and have influences on marketing, finance etc.

well considering the papers were set at the beginning of the year, I don't think there would be a direct q on it. However, might be beneficial to include something about it in an extended response. Current info is always good and the markers will appreciate it if you can relate the gfc to your work.
