think im up to second place after killing in gameweek 2.

Johnson got me a massive 18 points without being captain, very handy.

Had to transfer Michael Turner already.... absolute quality player, but Hull concede way too many goals

only second week man, just keep the players that didn't play and you'll be right. you got 44 points for fabregas last gameweek, you should be one gameweek ahead anyway lol.

site wont let me login because of 'excess traffic levels'.
rubbish.

dam right !!
You can not expect to be good every game week.

Its a marathon, not a sprint. It is who has the most points after all the games.

I am still top ten

Just some pointers for some of you because looking at your team's some of you look like you havent played before.

1. Choosing a goalkeeper who will be rotated and one who will be relegated is not advisable
2. strikers for teams likely to be relegated usually do shit.
3. it's not advisable to stack players of any 1 team except from the big 4.
4. remember you dont have to play a 4-4-2, big 4 defenders cost a lot less then big 4 forwards and rakc up nice points
.5 finally, ITS nearly IMPOSSIBLE TO WIN WITHOUT HAVING EITHER A GERRARD, LAMPARD, OR FABREGAS.

Gerrard + Lampard are probably the safest options because they score a lot in general play, are their respective teams' penalty takers and are bound to get a lot of assists. Having said that I didn't pick Gerrard for obvious reasons and I didn't pick Lampard because he was too expensive.... that left me with Cesc. Hoping he can continue his good form (should be able to dominate the game vs Pompey... they're woeful)

to add on to other tips, you should consider:

- fullbacks as opposed to centrebacks
- penalty, free kick and corner takers
- 90 minute-men (including both goalies)
- each respective team's talisman

in regards to defensive mids, avoid'em. it'd be better to go for a lower table attacking mid than a top 4 defensive mid.

Yeah unless you can afford 2 great strikers it's usually better to go for a lone striker.

stack midfield with wingers and CAM's.

You can also pick up cheap DM's for your bench, people like MAscherano, Mikel, Palacios who will play a lot of games only cost about 5 points each. They usually won't score but often theyll rack up 5-6 points for 90 mins and a clean sheet.

LOL -54 points !!!

But the current team selected is pretty good tho.
Must've done some wheeling and dealing to get Cesc + Gerrard + Drogba in the same team

Btw, I cleared out my Man Utd midfielders... they get rotated too bloody often.

Last year I had Ronaldo from Man U. He was a pure points machine. Even then, the best player in the world got rotated and missed games and SAF rested him.

Changed my team some more.... got rid of Tim Cahill since he's been playing a regulation centre mid where he's nowhere near effective + we're playing shite. Will probably get him in a few weeks though. Brought in Darren Bent and Shawcross

i got rid of cahill too.

Picked up nani, but my bench is decent, so if hes rotated i can get rid of him.

Hope to get rid of fletcher next week, probably upgrade to an arsenal midfielder.

Fletcher's abilities on the park aren't reflected in FF points. Nice move.
