My modern teacher had to mark a paper at the HSC once, and she couldn't read a word of the essay. She then handed it to the "head marker" and asked if he could read it. He said no, so they "disregarded" it. Not sure if that means the paper got zero, or a weighted average or something, but I doubt that they'd waste time trying to figure out every single word.
Well if a response is actually illegible, as opposed to barely-legible, then I suppose there's not much they can really do, fair enough if they get 0 for that question.

It's been slightly worse, but still nowhere near ajdlinux's writing. It'll be hard to beat that. To be honest, I just liked the comment on how hard it was to read.

it will only be in rare situations, where ALL the teachers on the table wont be able to read the essay, and it would have to be EXTREMELY BAD, as in very flat writing or very runny that it is all joined and shocking.

To OP: check out the-derivative's handwriting.
His writing, is so neat!

I'll be waiting ^^

Interesting. Do you do your "z" running writing style so it looks like a 3 to some people as well? I had to swap mine to that style because in 4U i kept getting my 2s and my Zs (which represent a complex number) wrong XD
Thank you haha :p

I guess I'll post up my writing.

Well I've heard that they understand you are trying to express all your knowledge in the tie constraints of the HSC, so I guess they will be reasonable if they can read it?

I mean, I have seen some real nice band 2/3 sample answers with neat handwriting, while the same sample answer for a band 5/6 was quite messy but readable.

Left handed is the only way to go, by the way.
That's not bad. Your teacher must either be blind or suck at reading slightly messy handwriting XD

Thank you haha :p

I think my handwriting is quite horrible, especially when i'm writing like the wind.

You can see an example of my handwriting by clicking here.

Is it legible enough for me not to worry about it?
lol thats like 6 words a line
i get 13 a line, but yeh it is messy, but still readable

how many pages you write for an extended response?

THAT'S SO NEAT!!! If I were to write that neat in my exam I guess I would never finish the paper lol.

Found my neater writing too, this is probably as neat as I can get...

Oh, this is unrelated, but while I have this book here, I might show you something that I found funny...
