Why wouldn't A be right?
Skill Y had to be a simple skill... i can tell you now that juggling a soccer ball is NOT a simple skill...

first try you'll get 1 or 2
then SLOWLY build you're way up and get the hang of it... hence its positively accelerated learning curve.

For question 12 i got a - because dont u have to consume the carbohydrates a few hours before?
And i had done a past paper with a similar question where the answer was fats?

I think it had to be carbohydrates

Fats/proteins take longer to digest and sit 'heavily' in the stomach; although fats do provide more energy per gram than carbs, they require a lot more oxygen to convert it to glycogen to use for energy. And proteins hardly provide energy. So it must of been carbs

However i do agree that ur supposed to eat it like 2-4 hours b4 the event.
