I officially declare The Open High School worst school this year

635 exams.. 0 DA at 0%

That's only because their students all have a different main school. If they get a Band 6 in a language studied through OHS, then that result counts towards the ranking of their home school, not OHS.

If you check First Place in Course - 2009 HSC - Board of Studies NSW you can see that OHS students came first in state in Indonesian, Japanese, Russian and Spanish, so they had to have results above 90%.
