I m a student of FBE and got events on 22th..
Thats the day i came back from overseas . :mad1:
plane arrive at 9.30am , havnt got too much time =.=

events are:

Deans Welcome: 10am – 11am

Individual Program Welcomes: 11am – 12.30pm


Lunch: 12.30 – 1.30

Built Environment Yellow Shirt Faculty Tour: 1.30 – 3.30pm




Are they worth going? or just welcoming like staff giving speech??? or giving the text book list??anyone know about it?!???
it's hard to make there at 11am.:ninja:

when you land, come on over, its a very short bus ride or taxi ride away from the uni.

if the plane is on time and quarantine goes smoothly, you could make it to the 11am welcome.

if you can, at least make it for the tours in the early arvo - you'll get a chance to meet other FBE students

You wont miss anything important if you dont go. All it will be is welcoming speeches and walking around getting to know various buildings.

Things like textbooks needed etc will be discussed by your lecturer when classes start.

If you can make it, go for it but dont stress if you're just coming off a plane from overseas.
