my lectures goes up to 5 hours without break which is very long, I was just wondering whether I could eat in the lecture rooms during lectures? :cool:

yeh still a break with 4 hours lol
i have a 2 hour lecture which is my longest and i get 1 min break inbetween, or maybe its 3 hr

yeh well it's after my only break, but what if I feel abit peckish, I mean it would really feel akward if I was the only one that ate and everyone was tuning in. lol crucnh crunch.

If you do, make sure it doesn't smell or make much noise when eating, such a salad sandwich

Some people get away with it (if they sit up the back or something) but most of my lecturers condone eating in the theatre.

It's funny cos some high school teachers let students eat, and they were cool
and i thought uni lecturers were supposed to be cooler, but i suppose not :s
I had a two hour lecture today and we were given a 5 minute break an hour in, it didnt feel long at all

If you eat, make sure it doesn't have any smells and doesn't have crunching noises when you eat. Stick to small snacks. Chocolate is a good option.
