But it's not genuine attractiveness. Anyone can get a good body and buy some good clothes. Elephant Man could be counted as attractive if that were the case. Real physical attractiveness is about facial structure and features.

Yes, but my point was that body type and fashion can be changed relatively easily. Facial features can't be changed, except by expensive, invasive and occasionally disastrous surgery, so the main measure of attractiveness should be against that.
