My stupid computer keeps freezing! How do I prevent this? (1 Viewer)

Virus. It came with a virus.

I doubt it's hardware related, it's new. Unless something's faulty.
i doubt it's a virus because I already reinstalled windows. Is there any shop I can take my computer to and get them to check it and identify the problem?

Ok follow these steps...

1 - Run your virus scan

2 - Download and install Malwarebytes anti-malware at Malwarebytes and run the full scan

3 - Next, type "Event Viewer" in the Search bar (I'm assuming you're using Windows 7)... then open that. Look under Custom views, administrative events... now look through that and tell me if there are any repeated events.

Why not call the place that built your computer and ask them why they gave you one with software conflicts?

Probably a good thing to try.

Take it back to Dcomp, should be in warranty for labour, if they say its a part, take it to whoever gave u the parts.
