changed my mind...

i AM going to win the lotto so i dont have to work for the rest of my life.

It depends on what he uses his money for and whether he is content with such. :)
that $13000 a year most people pay that amount of money for their house monthly repayments and thats just ONE bill

Because for most human money is never enough. Teachers have the power of strike, which cripples the states economy (unlike most other sectors) thus always demanding more

the starting salary for teachers is in the 50s and i know for a fact that principals in elite school such as ascham can receive 250+
alos according to the salary scale head teachers at most school earn in the 90s
so.... why is there is notion that teachers get pain peanuts?
Most teachers are from public schools. There's your peanuts.

You can say some, their fault xD, but politicians get respected enough, or spat at... there's no in-between, but the respect they earn gives them the bonus to their money.

As much as I can be earning with my education.
