Okay guys, which textbook would you recommend for this?

Why is it that fitz 3u (i think its ch 24) is so hard for this topic :\ does anyone else find it hard or is it just me.....

motion prob the hardest topic because it deals with integration and other small topics.
in the beginning it's difficult and you wont understand shit, but you will slowly get used to it.
i found it hard initially, but after some practice im getting the hang of it.
its just like any other topic

Does anyone have any good notes or tips for this unit.
I'm mainly having trouble with the simple harmonic motion and velocity sections.
Any help would be appreciated

I found the simple harmonic motion in this book pretty easy but some of the other topics such as projectile motion a little tricky. (btw I go to same school as you; Fort Street yeh?) but I'm in yr 11 as an accelerant for 3u maths.
