I had an LCM Bar for brekky with 2 Nurofen
and Pizza bread for Lunch
Dinner, idk, maybe lentils?

breakfast- 3 scrambled eggs
protein shake
kangaroo mince chilli con carne with a salad
*insert gym sesh here*
another protein shake
~3 spoonfulls of crunchy peanut butter throughout the day
lots of water
small glass of juice
2 fillets of baked fish and veges for dinner

breakfast: honey and nutella on toast, mocha.
lunch: nandos (portugese chicken burger on wholemeal bread, periperi chips, chocolate mousse).
dinner: rice with meatballs, 4 spinach ricotta pastry triangles, 2 small chocolates (moro and turkish delight).

3 scrambled eggs
protein shake, half water, half full cream milk, with 1 tablespoon of olive oil in it
tuna salad (2 tins of tuna in oil, lettuce, full fat mayonnaise)
another protein shake with water
teaspoon of peanut butter

Dinner to come... idk what though.

Definitely not enough. I feel so sick.
Ketosis is kicking in. Worst diet experiment ever.

EDIT: add 2 pieces of lindt dark chocolate (85%)
dinner will be chilli con carne and veges and salad
I'll probably have another protein shake later too.

Breakfast : Fried Rice with Scrambled Eggs
Lunch : 2 Slices of Raisin Toast, some random bar, a cut of roast beef, green tea, 1 slice of white bread, an apple, a banana, and a mandarin and some random egg dish.
Dinner : 2 bowls of rice with roast lamb and mushrooms.
Yes I fucking eat a lot.
Got a Problem?

8 slices of coon cheese
coffee coffee coffee water

i hate when you eat half a packet of biscuits, and it's just not enough. So you eat 3/4. but then the few ones left in the packet are all alone and you know they're just not going to be satisfactory the next time you want to eat some, so you finish them off.

and feel fat. because you are

no, i'm not trolling. this forum is aware i've had eating issues in the past, but have worked through them. i also happen to be rather sick at the moment so food isn't the greatest idea anyway. other than that, i'm like everyone else, some days i eat well, other days i don't.

I'm sorry, I didn't know you had eating issues.
I, too, suffered from anorexia for just under 2 years, so I know what you're going through if you ever need to talk. If you live in sydney and need a GREAT doctor, I'll pm you his number. I didn't think it was legit because when I was sick I wouldn't have dreamed of posting something like you posted in a public forum. But, again, I'm sorry.
