We can start it! We only need three people to start a club actually. I was told that by the Arc people.

but to have a club x.x;;
Imagine meeting once a week. After a month what are you going to do/ talk about??
I'll be better to just have a 'anyone busy on ___? bored? lets go ___ with strangers ;D'
