i train 6 days a week twice a day with short rest periods between the 3-5 sets that i do and my sessions usually last an hour.

i switch the stuff i do in between days.(i do one thing one day and another the next.)

my first routine is mainly a upper/ full body session which in short includes:d.b presses,push-ups,d.b rows,r.d.l (Romanian dead-lift),clean and presses, front and hack squats,d.l(dead lift),barbell front rows, barbell squats, wide grip dead-lifts,wide pushups and knuckle push ups.

my 2nd routine is mainly focused w/ using d.B's (dumbbell) excercises used by bodybuilder's and my 3rd one is mainly focused on body weight exercises used by ufc fighters.

Lol, if you're being serious (ie not trolling which I suspect you are) guaranteed you will see no or very little (if you're lucky) results like that.

I set a gnu record on squat

And then dropped the bar on my chest failing to get 1x3 of what I easily did 3x5 last week benching
And then couldn't get 1x2 of what I got 1x5 of deadlifting last time.

Nah I play soccer.. all g.

But if I was to do something for legs would the leg press suffice? I cbf squats, too much risk for back pain.
