Re: Why is marijuana still illegal?

Unhealthy food does cause obesity which causes a lot of tax payers money to go to waste.
There is no such thing as unhealthy food.

Unhealthy eating causes obesity.

@ smokers drain taxpayer's money thing,

If you get in a car accident then you should have every right to use the medical system you paid for through taxes yeah? Why doesn't a smoker have the same rights to access those resources? No smoker intends to get cancer or anything, it's just an 'accident'. Obesity probably costs more than smokers, does that mean unhealthy foods should be banned?
There's no such thing as 'unhealthy food', anything can be eaten in moderation, any food product can cause obesity, you can develop obesity off brown rice and broccoli if you eat a calorie surplus of those foods.

Any level of tobacco, alcohol use increases the risk of developing cancer, there is no safe usage. Marijuana and schizophrenia has the same relationship.

True, but people tend to refer unheathly food as fast food.

You're points are unclear
shut up retard it's perfectly clear

people who pay taxes for a medical system should have a right to use it no matter the reason (e.g. car accident vs smoking related)

also, *your

Re: Why is marijuana still illegal?

True, the majority of people at my school don't drink because they can't, and i am sure most would if they could/
Where do you go?!
Most people in my school drink... well, most of the ones with social lives.
I ran into a drunk year 7 kid from my school at the Camden show.

Didnt think of that.
Okay then. Teach responsible drinking.
It'll make year 9/10 PDHPE a useful subject.
Not really.
I'm glad you wrote not really because they already do that.

There is no such thing as unhealthy food.
Unhealthy eating causes obesity.
Unhealthy food? No such thing?
So foods high in saturated fats haven't been classified unhealthy?
Fuck, I must have imagined this.

You're points are unclear

Re: Why is marijuana still illegal?

You said people who pay tax
that wasnt apart of the argument, the argument was if u pay tax then u can use its benefits. which means theres no problem with using the medical system because of drugs or alchohol related reasons if u're paying tax for it

Re: Why is marijuana still illegal?

It would only be a temporary loss of jobs, because people would either be saving more (->economic growth) or spending it on other stuff (reallocation of resources)

its pretty fuckin sad you study economics and you can't even realise this
hahahahahah you cracking troll
