I do IPT. Of course. Your zeroes at the start before "1" of your second binary number is redundant. By the way, do you have any cookies and milk? Spiral is hungry.

they are not redundant, iirc you had to use the same amount of bits no matter how small said value is, since i already used a 20 bit character, the second one had to be 20 bit as well. But then again i havent done IPT in a year so bleh...

and did someone say milk and cereal, milk and cereal.......cereal and milk?
