Not too worried. Hopefully it will be reasonably hard; at least it will be competitive for the potential state rankers, and there won't be cheap marks given away.

Coming last out of 4 with 40%....
U think a 70-80 hsc mark is possible ?

Yes. Your school's exams aren't a good measure on how you will perform in the HSC. Your school may have made it extremely hard (or conversely, extremely easy), so it's up to the HSC to determine your ability.

Also, not everyone is the greatest at 4 unit; I believe last year, just getting under 50% raw would correlate to around 80+, so you do have a chance. Of course how your school goes is also a factor; ideally, you would want everyone to do well so you can all lift your internal marks so they meet or do better than the HSC marks.

It wouldn't matter about the gap difference; if in the HSC, you're all close together and high up relative to the state, that gap difference will be minimalised. It just means a 30% gap difference may result in a 3% gap difference (example if you were all close to each other).

Im shitting my pants 4 unit isnt hard (aside from harder 3 unit which is actually really confusing) it just takes FOREVER!!!!
