It's because the people who get 99.95 have to be good at English. Good at English = good at expressing oneself = fairly good in social situations.

my date will be taller than me when she's wearing heels :(
Yeah, one of my two dates was taller than me wearing heels because she wore like 6 inch heels or some shit.
It was pretty shit. Was supposed to end at 11:30 but there was no alcohol so everyone left at ~10 and then I was the last one there when it ended at 11. :(
Gonna miss everyone.

Forgive me but: LOL LOL LOL!!!

OK done.

Damn our formals coming up and it still seems sketchy.
And why are people having formals BEFORE the HSC? Doesn't it defeat the purpose?

I'm looking forward so much to Year 12 formal since I didn't go to Year 10 formal or Year 11 social. (I like to save money)
I love the idea of being pretty just for one night :).

Why is that funny?
Yes, it does defeat the purpose, but if we had ours after all the boarders would have to travel back to C'town for one night and shit... also the school doesn't want roudiness, etc.

That's pretty crap. They're the best things ever.
My school didn't have a year 10 formal or year 11 social, so I went to our sister school's year 10 formal and year 11 social with my gf, and went to the social this year with a friend. Probz gonna find a way into their formal this year too. :p

Yeah, but formal night you look better, but in comparison you look normal because everyone is dressed up.

Although, I looked like I had more swag at the formal. (lol jks, I looked pretty shit)
but you should see me, I am so hot like everyday. even if I rock up to formal in trackies and no hair and make up done, I will still look the best there.

poast pix gurl
SXCBEAST must deliver.

It was funny when I read it because I imagined myself in a similar situation.

When I read c'town I understood why they did it earlier...
Riproot --> Post blurred pics of the chick that wore six-inch heals (Or use paint and black out the entire face) if you could; otherwise d/w.

Please describe the night in a bit more detail so I know what to expect at ours.

Has anybody organised an after party through a company called Your After Party? Have they told you your venue yet?

It seems that at my school the formal is invite-only, ie not everyone is invited. It's a student run formal (well no, it's run by this one b**** who thinks she runs the grade), but still it seems unfair that not everyone is invited.

I think i'm invited (not 100% sure but pretty certain) but me and a bunch of friends are considering not going simply out of protest, I think everyone should be allowed to go to their Year 12 formal.
