I just don't seem to get it....you know those events the Anschluss, the Saar Plebiscite and stuff were they strategies that Hitler used to get rid of the TOV...?

It also had to do with nationalism and other Nazi ideologies. Like the Saarland was a part of Germany before TOV, whilst the anschluss with Austria was a part of Nazi ideology that both nations belonged together. However, a secondary motive was Hitlers desire to flaunt Versailles.

Foreign policy was a link/means to an end. The objectives were to create/achieve lebensraum (~living space) for the master/Aryan race. In order to do so, such foreign policies such as Grossdeutschland by means of Anschluss, and a war with France had to occur. Another objective was racial superiority whereby the master race would dominate Europe and conquered races (or "undesirables") would serve them as slaves.

Getting rid of the ToV was one foreign policy stage, such as the ones above I've mentioned.

A major plank of the policy was having all ethnic Germans in the reich - e.g. Anschluss, Saar, Rhineland and even the first stage of Czechoslavakia and the invasion of Poland - it was taking the rest of Czechoslovakia that really moved his foreign policy away from just bringing Ethnic Germans together under one government. Of course the invasion of Poland was more than just that but it was still a factor as quite a bit of Poland had been part of Germany before WWI.

A point to also remember with the Saar plebiscite is that that was actually set out in the ToV - it was to be held and it was.
