When we recieve our respected ATAR's, how do we notify or provide the universities with them? Does the centre who calculate them automatically provide them or...?

Also, if applying for uni's in different states, is it the same process?
Thanks in advance.

The universities will know, so long as you applied with UAC or alike. If it's in different states, you would have applied via the state's system for uni admissions like QTAC and VTAC. Then you receive offers in the Main Round and possibly in the later rounds from the universities.

UAC notifies the university and remember some people can still get in even with a lower ATAR than that required so Good Luck in a week's time.

UAC passes your ATAR on to the universities. If you've applied interstate, the interstate admissions centre will get your ATAR from UAC.

The universities make the course offers - not UAC. See below from http://www.uac.edu.au/undergraduate/faq/offers.shtml

'If your application is successful, you'll receive an offer letter and information from the institution making the offer that explains acceptance and enrolment dates and procedures. Some institutions allow you to accept your offer online.

Each institution has its own instructions on how to accept your offer. These instructions will be provided to you when you receive your offer. Follow the institution's instructions carefully."
