lol nah, I went for a long cycle and run this morning and by the time I came back, I was really hungry, so I just ate all the spag in the fridge.

Swimmer's appetite.

yeah, fuck, when i played water polo i ate so much it was the best.
i would seriously eat ~5000 calories a day.

something is wrong with me today. all i've eaten is
20g WPI shake
preworkout shake (caffeine, heaps of amino acids and vitamins and shit)
post workout (35g WPI and 5g creatine)
blueberries and natural yoghurt
2 boiled egg whites and a piece of water melon
that is all. fuck.

gonna have steak and salad and sweet potato/pumpkin for dindin yum yum yum

On my lazy days, I barely eat anything. On my active days... oh my god....

Perhaps you're having a lazy day. The weather today is pretty hot.
