So far - Scrambled eggs again. Glass of full cream milk and a handful of blueberries.

so far today:
20g wpi
150g natural yoghurt with 1/2 punnet of blueberries
add 2 boiled egg whites, 1 yolk
glass of oat milk
tsp peanut butter
post workout WPI shake +5g creatine

late lunch: chilli salmon, mashed pumpkin and sweet potato, salad (lettuce, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, yellow capsicum, avocado, olives)

yesterday i had.

5 chicken sausages with chilli sauce
4 breast tenderloins with chilli sauce from oporto
veronese chocolate gelato
choc chip cookies
maltesers
diet coke

new years eve so i went off my diet for a day.

Breakfast: 4 wheatbix, small yoghurt
Lunch: Garden salad with tuna
Dinner: Chicken breast with whatever seasonings I used, brown rice and more salad.

Snacks throughout the day included some packet chips and an apple.

Wtf have not eaten this much in a day in about 6 months

have a read of Table 1: Egg Yolks Versus Egg Whites.

Basically almost all the fat in eggs are in the yolk, but the yolk also has tons of vitamins and minerals, so you may as well eat the entire egg.
But if you get your intake of those vitamins via other foods then it's okay to rid the yolk simply to cut your fat intake.
yeah, i eat 1-2 yolks usually. leave me alone i eat what i want!

anyway, today has been dreadful.

woke up at 8.
3pm: 1/2 punnet blueberries with 2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
then at ~6:30 i put my dinner on a plate, ate half then ate the other half at like 7:30 which was: salmon, lettuce, yellow capsicum, cherry tomatoes, mashed pumpkin and sweet potato
then i had a small bowl of soy vanilla ice cream and connoisseur chocolate and something.

Who me? Yeah I ate more today than I did on Christmas. Probs put back on all the weight I lost.

Went for walk around Warners Bay foreshore for about an hour so hopefully that burnt off some calories

Breakfast: Leftover Korean potato noodles that I cooked the day before, and a pretty piss poor Maccas coffee (All other cafe's were closed)

Lunch: I forgot about lunch.

Dinner: Rice noodles, duck and 2 bananas.

Normally would be a whole heap of salad rolls, but the bakery down near my place is closed until 9th Jan =(

no not you the other guy that ate heaps of bad food but wait, he had a protein shake! (lol)

so far today: 20g WPI and 2 cups of green tea
3 fish oil, 1 chromium, 2 calcium/magnesium/zinc, 1 multivitamin sup.
was going to have blueberries and yoghurt as well but i was full (wtf) probs because i took all my vitamins and shit with heaps of water.
