umm i'm not too sure i never pay attention to the time :S

a stir fry
maybe 10-20 minutes preparing the veggies
and then another 10-20 minutes to cook everything

a steak
however long it takes to cook
half an hour?

- steak and stir fry is all i can cook

whoa whoa whoa stop that right now

3 mins each side, on super hot pan. turn once.
oil the steak not the pan. rub in some salt and pepper

half an hour is a roast
