Atar Aim: 99.95 (happy with anything 98+ but this is the real goal)

Nah this is pretty common (at least at selective schools so I'm assuming the scenario that brought it about is the same). There will be at least two of them that are good at maths. Sy just made more sillies in 3U which cost the rank (and I'm assuming both of your raws in 3U are easily above 90%). In 4U though, Sy pips out

2nd estimate - Up to externals, 99.95 is possible.

Tbh, I wouldn't give 99.4 for the first case. I'd probs sit on just 99, maybe a tiny bit below.
