Does this mean if you want to internal transfer to "B.commerce" after first year you must have a 75+ wam (distinction)???

BECAUSE, what if someone just missed out on B.commerce by like 0.5atar would they stilll need to have a 75+ is this applied to everyone???

I though internal transfering was easy... Sigh. distinction.....

ATAR means nothing. Uni marks is what counts.
