I read somewhere last year a person who got 50/120 received 86-87. So Surely 46 would be 85 at least since its out of 100 this year.

I need an ATAR of 95 BUT my aim is 97+. MX2, MX1 and Physics need to "balance out" my English and Chemistry (internals) marks...

so u got 92 for MX1 last year right? so even if you get 50/100 in the MX2 raw that will scale you up enough to get you there I think, and then 92+ for physics, I think you will be fine. What is your rank mark looking like?

If I were you, I would concentrate on nailing the first 30 marks of the paper and then build up from there.

Your trial mark doesn't mean anything if we don't know the relative positioning.

7, Independent was hard? I thought their papers are normally pretty average?

I guess the earlier questions were harder than normal but the end question weren't as hard as HSC?

Yeah, that's my plan. If I can nail the MC, Q11 and Q12, that's like what, 40 marks?

My rank is 25/29 (lol).

U are in a good position for a high 80 or band 6, but from what I gather u said your cohort was good earlier this year on the forum, correct? If so then 82+ is definitely achievable

Yeah, the cohort is good. Last year, I like 2 people (maybe 3) didn't get E4 for like, nearly 20.

Really, nothing can be as hard as Carrot's paper (I hope).
