How hard is it to get 97?
Currently my ranks are
70/140 for advanced English
50/110 for maths
34/105 for physics
13/66 for chemistry

How much would i need to improve if around 30ish people gets 97+ and any tips?

solid, but for english you should "know" your texts just in case the questions really throw you off (but in frank/blade thats unlikely). as for physics, you shouldn't "memorise" each dot point but rather "understand" - if you're doing all of the above your maths should really be in the top 30 and physics top20. keep it up.

edit: 100 pages of notes is way too much. i had around 10.

Thanks, im the type who has no idea how to study "smart". I invest countless hours into learning things which are useless.

No one can predict an ATAR. Just try your best, and see how you go.

If you do all of that effectively, you are looking at an atar well above 97.
Also, please do keep your notes as short as possible. It was definitely not fun reading my 300+ pages of typed chemistry notes.

Honestly just try your best! It's good that you're planning heaps - that's a really good sign. But do not set yourself unrealistic expectations (I'm not saying the ones you listed are but just be careful) - you'll only disappoint yourself! Also remember quality over quantity! There's no point doing heaps of practice if you don't understand the content. For english for eg, try writing up the main ideas before you start learning quotes etc. Also for the sciences I don't recommend memorising the dot points, if you understand each one then that's enough.

So with that, you're looking really set :) Just keep going hard and you'll achieve your goal
