I would carry a folder to store loose leaf paper and sheets for each subject. So one folder for each subject. Never glue in your sheets unless you HAVE to... otherwise just store it in your folder. Don't ever mix preliminary work with hsc, it'll just make it more messy and besides preliminary work becomes assumed knowledge so it'll barely show up during hsc.
