Every question is boring me to tears . so repetitive, can you suggest any good binomial, probability and such questions that I can practice and learn off.

You have the fuel used per hour (F) in terms of the speed (u). Deriving to get dF/du and letting it equal 0 just lets you minimise the amount of fuel used per hour in terms of what speed you should be flying at.
