So I'm hoping for a high band 5 in Chemistry, but I'm ranked second. Me and the top student are a long way ahead of the rest of the cohort, who all did extremely bad in the exam today (Three quarters of the class walked out after the first hour). Is it possible for their marks not to effect mine? Or do the count no matter what.

Also the gap between me and first isn't large, but still enough to make an impact on my final mark.

Both expecting raws of about 80. Next closest would probably be about 65 raw. Majority of the class is looking at about 20% raw.
