Commerce at UNSW or Mac Uni (1 Viewer)

So in a few weeks the main round offers will come around, i have a 74 average which should be enough to receive an offer from UNSW for B Comm. So should I stay at Mac Uni and try to push my average towards 80 (gpa is 3.5/4 so far) or go to a more prestigious Uni to enhance my learning? Atm Im leaning towards on a transfer to UNSW, any advice is welcome

The internal transfer requirement is 75, so do consider the possibility that an external transfer with 74 may be unsuccessful. If you want to transfer to UNSW, then go for it.

That's not the point, they might not recognise some of the units i.e. Fundamentals to Marketing or something

Try and post your outcome when you get it! Alot of these threads come out,but most people never speak about whether anyone has transfered from UTS/MACQ to USYD/UNSW, it'll be good to put a reference for future threads,and I'm curious too

Yeah it is weird. But my friend go through externally but not internally with a similar mark.

Actually it looks like ACST101 does not get credited at in the UNSW B Comm program as it matches FIN1612 and the program requires FIN1613. To the UNSWers here is there a big difference? So far i'll get credited for Accounting 1A and 1B, Microeconmics, Marketing, Statistics and Management. Also just checking, what level of HSC maths is required for Commerce at UNSW? I got band 6 in 2U Maths
