When chlorine is produced, to test it's presence you put litmus. Because chlorine is a bleaching agent, it will bleach the litmus. I.e, if you put red or blue litmus, the chlorine will make it go white.omg no one answering my questions. also i dont understand the litmus test for cl2 wtf pls explain
